If ejaculation happens sooner than you or your partner anticipates, this is know as Premature Ejaculation. Occasional episodes of PE are not considered alarming. However, if the main symptom of PE is the regular inability to delay ejaculation for more than a minute during intercourse, medical attention is advised. PE can be categorised as \u201clifelong\u201d or \u201cacquired\u201d. Lifelong (primary) PE means that you have always had this experience while acquired (secondary) PE would mean that you have had longer lasting ejaculations previously, but have now developed PE. Although some might feel embarrassed talking about it or seeking help, PE is actually a relatively common and very treatable condition. It is estimated that almost 1 out of every 3 men will experience this problem in some time of their life.<\/div><div data-hook=\"rcv-block35\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-hook=\"rcv-block35\">As long as it does not happen persistently, it is not alarming. However, you might be diagnosed with PE if you:-<\/div><\/div><div data-hook=\"rcv-block36\">\u00a0<\/div><ul><li data-hook=\"rcv-block36\">Always or nearly always ejaculate within one minute of penetration<\/li><li data-hook=\"rcv-block36\">Are unable to delay ejaculation during intercourse all or nearly all the time<\/li><li data-hook=\"rcv-block36\">Experience emotional distress, and are frustrated from the outcome of the intercourse.<\/li><\/ul><div data-breakout=\"normal\"><div data-hook=\"rcv-block40\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-hook=\"rcv-block40\">Many factors come into play when talking about PE- factors that can mainly be divided into psychological and biological factors. The good news is that there are many treatment methods for PE, such as medications, topical anaesthetics, counselling and behavioural techniques that dan delay ejaculation.<\/div><div data-hook=\"rcv-block41\">\u00a0<\/div><h3 data-hook=\"rcv-block41\"><strong>\u75c7\u72b6<\/strong><\/h3><div data-hook=\"rcv-block44\">\u65e9\u6cc4\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7279\u5f81\u662f\u63d2\u5165\u540e\u4e00\u5206\u949f\u5185\u65e0\u6cd5\u63a7\u5236\u5c04\u7cbe\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd9\u60c5\u51b5\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u6240\u6709\u6027\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e2d\u51fa\u73b0\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u624b\u6deb\u3002<\/div><div data-hook=\"rcv-block46\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-hook=\"rcv-block46\">\u65e9\u6cc4\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5206\u4e3a\uff1a<\/div><div data-hook=\"rcv-block47\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-breakout=\"normal\"><ul><li id=\"viewer-efuj4\" class=\"xEOXg iKTke _5HuoZ _9-Qxn\" dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"bFOZY\">Lifelong (Primary) PE: Lifelong PE that has happened all the time and even since your first sexual encounter.<\/span><\/li><li dir=\"auto\">Acquired (Secondary) PE: Acquired PE develops some time throughout your life and persisted.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div data-hook=\"rcv-block49\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-hook=\"rcv-block49\">Many people might feel that they have symptoms of PE, however, the symptoms do not qualify or meet the diagnostic criteria for PE. Instead, they might have natural variable Premature ejaculation, which is a period of rapid ejaculation as well as period of normal ejaculation.<\/div><div data-hook=\"rcv-block50\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-breakout=\"normal\"><h3 id=\"viewer-6dgv\" class=\"xEOXg iKTke _5HuoZ _9-Qxn\" dir=\"auto\"><strong>Causes<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><div data-hook=\"rcv-block53\">The exact aetiology of PE is still unclear.
