Why is Kegel Therapy is good for Men

It is estimated that 1 out of 5 Malaysian Men is having premature ejaculation issues and one of the causes of premature ejaculation can be caused by weak pelvic muscles. Men who have weak pelvic muscles tend to ejaculate faster.

Here at He Medical Clinic, we offer a solution for premature ejaculation – Kegel Therapy. It is an effective, painless, and time-saving option to treat premature ejaculation.

It helps patients to feel the muscle when they try to stop urinating halfway or when they try to stop ejaculation. Imagine that the muscle is like a “door” and the wall is weak, it will be tough to hold the ejaculation if the muscles are weak. Strong muscles help to hold the ejaculation much easier and longer thus improving the performance during sexual intercourse.

Other than that, it is also beneficial  for:

  • Preventing bladder and bowel weakness
  • Improving and maintaining healthy erectile function
  • Reduce pelvic pain
  • Naturally boost intimate sensations
