Has the world gone mad, where desires reign supreme and rational thinking takes a backseat? Morality and ethics have hit rock bottom, it’s utterly disheartening.

A disturbing incident has been reported in a neighbouring country, where a 30-year-old woman has been accused of sexually assaulting her own 2-year-old child. This so-called mother not only violated her child but also recorded the act, which has gone viral on social media worldwide. This is not only revolting but also harmful, especially for the child.

This can lead to the child contracting infections, bleeding, and swelling in their genital area, as well as testicular damage. This may increase the risk of infertility for the child when they grow up. Furthermore, the child will also experience psycho-social problems, depression, and anxiety due to this inhumane act, which will haunt their childhood.

This is a classic example of when humans become slaves to their desires, losing all rational thinking and disregarding the impact on others’ mental and physical health.

This is no trivial matter. Those who make children their sexual targets must face severe punishment. Hopefully, this incident will serve as a lesson to society to think twice before acting, remembering that humans who surrender to their desires alone will ultimately destroy themselves and others.
