​I am writing this to express my absolute outrage at the atrocious management and unethical financial practices at HE Medical Clinic (Publika).

​My initial appointment booking was messy and completely haywire from the start.

​The doctor prescribed an antibiotic that caused an allergic reaction. When I returned to switch to a suitable replacement, the new medication cost less than the original payment. Instead of processing a refund, the clinic actually asked if they could hold my balance in their account!

​On the very first day over the phone, I explicitly DISAGREED to letting them keep my money as store credit and requested an immediate full refund. I also sent a follow-up via WhatsApp explicitly stating that I do NOT agree to this arrangement.

​It has now been almost a month. There are zero phone updates, zero follow-ups, and my refund has still not been issued. Unlawfully withholding a customer's money after explicit written refusal is completely unacceptable.

​If I do not receive an immediate response and full refund processing confirmation in next 2 working days, I will proceed to lodge a formal report against HE Medical Clinic with KPDN for unfair trade practices, along with KKM for administrative misconduct.

Great experience at HE Medical Clinic! Dr. Haikal was very friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Ma Zul was also very helpful and welcoming throughout my visit.
